ChillTech Innovations is a software company based in Lusaka, Zambia. You can reach us at sales@chilltechinnovations.com or on WhatsApp at +260 778 003 520.

This website does not have accounts, and it does not take payments. We collect information only when you choose to contact us: by WhatsApp, email or phone. That is usually your name, your contact details, the name of your business, and whatever you tell us about your project.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used for security and to keep the site running, not to identify you personally.

We do not use advertising trackers, and this site does not set advertising or analytics cookies.

We use what you send us to reply to you, to understand your project, to prepare proposals and prototypes, and to deliver and support any work you hire us for. We may keep a record of the conversation so we can pick it up later.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the tools and providers we need to run the business, such as email, messaging and hosting services, and where the law requires it.

Messages sent through WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.

We keep enquiry details for as long as they are useful to the conversation or the project, and for as long as the law or our client agreements require. After that we delete them.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@chilltechinnovations.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We handle personal information in line with the Zambian Data Protection Act, 2021.

This website links to sites we have built for clients, and to WhatsApp. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
